Equilend : EquiLend 10th Anniversary
I hope you enjoy this ten-year anniversary book. It is a bit of a historical retrospective on the genesis of EquiLend. We have taken a thoughtful look back at the people and events that shaped the history of the securities fi nance industry and the history of EquiLend itself. It’s been quite a journey – from the world- changing catalyst of the dot-com boom and the revolution that the internet has brought to the fabric of our everyday lives, to the current environment which remains full of change. EquiLend has grown from a business-to-business solution for ten fi rms to a world-class utility for the global securities fi nance marketplace. It’s been an exciting ride and I’d like to thank our clients and each of you for your important contributions to our success. The future continues to look very bright for EquiLend. We are venturing into new markets and new products and we remain at the cutting edge of innovation for the global marketplace. Please enjoy the book and again, thank you for your very important contributions to what has become a very important and integral part of the global securities fi nance infrastructure – EquiLend.
